Estimate
Enabling an exchange for ADSL2+ goes through various states (see table above) The estimated date is a general idea for when it is expect to be online. These dates are indicative planning only and does not constitute a commitment by us. Staff are unable to provide greater visibility on this process due to provisioning constraints.

Notes
Limited or No PortsThere are currently limited or no ports available on this exchange. All new signups will go into a queue so that if a port becomes free it will be allocated to the oldest order in our system. No ETA can be given for orders submitted on an exchange with limited or no ports.
MigrationMigration is the process of moving existing Adam Internet ADSL customers on an exchange to the AdamDirect network, making ADSL2+ available. If you have an active ADSL connection with Adam Internet by the migration cutoff date indicated for your exchange, your service will automatically be "migrated" to the AdamDirect network, keeping the existing speed and plan type.
Migration Cut OffThe migration cutoff date refers to the date that the migration list is finalised. It is not the date that actual migration occurs. Migration wait times vary depending on the exchange and there is no set time limit to how long a migration will take. When a migration is underway, the exchange will be shown as 'Migration In Progress'.
