Your Monthly Data consists of Peak, Off-Peak and Upload data allocations. If you exceed your allocated quota on any of these data allocations, your service will be shaped to 64k until your next billing period commences. If you wish to return to full speed before your next billing period, you can perform a plan change or purchase Data Blocks in order to become unshaped.

On top of your Peak and Off-Peak data, you will also have access to a range of unmetered content that will not count towards any of your data quotas! For more information, please see the Unmetered Content page.

What’s more, all AdamMax plans include AdamTalk (Adam Internet's VoIP service) at no additional cost and includes $5 worth of untimed local and national calls. For more information, please see the AdamTalk page.

Service Charges
Plan Change Adam Internet offers a “value guarantee” that preserves the value of AdamMax throughout the term of your service. If at any time you find that your AdamMax plan does not meet your requirements, you can perform a plan change from your Members Services Area. Please refer to the Plan Change Table for more information.
Relocation A relocation fee applies if you wish to move the AdamMax service to another premises. Please note that Adam Internet cannot guarantee the availability of a service at any residence, however Adam Internet can test availability upon request.

Potential Extras
Extended Mast If you are requesting an AdamMax service at a location that has no line of sight with the standard mast, the installation may require an extended height mast in order to receive a signal. If an extended mast is required, there will be an additional cost for a technician to supply and install the mast. In cases where this is required, another installation appointment may need to be organised. $120
Changed or Missed Appointment If you need to change the appointment for the installation of your AdamMax service or if no one is home during the appointment window, this charge will apply. $109

1 Downloads are counted towards your Peak quota during the hours of 8am till midnight and towards your Off-Peak during the hours of midnight till 8am. Your Upload quota is the same as your Peak and Off-Peak quotas and is not restricted to any time period. Once you have reached any of your quotas (Peak, Off-Peak or Upload), your service will be shaped to 64kbps until your next billing month. 1GB (Gigabyte) is equal to 1000MB (Megabyte); 1MB is equal to 1000kB (Kilobyte).

2 Costs are payable monthly in advance either by credit card or direct debit. Billing occurs on the anniversary of the activation of your AdamMax service. For example, if your connection is activated on the 7th of the month, your billing will occur on the 7th of every month thereafter.

3 AdamMax 512 Light and AdamMax 512 Medium are only available to customers eligible for the Australian Broadband Guarantee.

4 12000k/1000k is the maximum possible speed of an AdamMax service. Attainable speeds are determined by a number of factors including distance from your connecting tower, obstructions in the line of sight to your connecting tower, network congestion and user hardware/software. It is impossible for Adam Internet to determine the attainable speed prior to your service being active. Based on a sample of existing AdamMax customers, the average connection speed obtained is 11000k/1000k.
