Problems with your connection? First of all, don't panic. You didn't break the internet. First, make sure your modem is turned on. Then check the connections to the computer and the phone jack. If that's all ok, try re-starting your computer. If you've done all this and still can't solve your problem, give us a call and our friendly tech support crew will help you. Before you give us a call, have ready the answers to these questions:
  1. When was the last time you successfully connected, and when did you last try?
  2. What has changed since then? Have you installed any new programs? Any new hardware?
